What we collect

When you browse this website we record the page you visited, the time, the address your request came from, the approximate location and network operator that address belongs to, and the type of device and browser you used. If you fill in a form we also keep the name, phone number, email address and any message you send us.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and where visitors come from.
• To protect the site from abuse and automated traffic.

Cookies

We set one first-party cookie so repeat visits from the same browser are counted once rather than many times. It contains a random identifier and nothing about you. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Who can see it

Visit records are readable only by StoreMaster POS's own administrator, inside the system's reporting section. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone except where the law requires it.

Customer data inside the software

If you become a customer, the sales, stock and customer records you enter belong to you. We access them only when you ask us to — for support, setup or recovery — and never for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Visit records are kept in aggregate for trend reporting.

Your choices

Write to info@inbitfirm.org to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Most browsers also let you block or clear cookies, which stops the visit cookie being stored.
