Using this website

This site describes the StoreMaster POS software and lets you contact us. Everything on it is provided in good faith for general information. Screenshots and figures are illustrative and may differ from the version you are given.

Enquiries and demos

Submitting a form is a request to be contacted; it does not create a contract or reserve a licence. Demos are free and carry no obligation on either side.

Licence and subscriptions

• A subscription grants your business the right to use the software for as long as it is paid up.
• Prices shown are per shop and exclude any government levies and hardware.
• You may cancel at the end of any paid period; we will help you export your data.
• Copying, reselling or reverse-engineering the software is not permitted.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping sign-in details private, for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for taking the backups the system makes available to you.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. The software is a record-keeping tool: decisions you take based on it remain yours, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the period in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
